How do I create an account?
Smart CV Builder uses a secure email-based registration:
- Click Sign In from the top navigation on any page.
- Select Create Account on the sign-in page.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it to confirm your account.
- Once verified, you can sign in immediately.
Tip: Use the same email address you plan to use on your CV — this keeps everything consistent.
How do I sign in?
- Click Sign In from the top navigation.
- Enter your email and password.
- You'll be redirected to the Smart CV Builder home page.
If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to reset it via email.
How do I edit my profile?
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Edit Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Update your details — name, contact information, and profile photo.
- Save your changes.
Your profile photo appears in the navigation bar and can also be used on your CV (depending on the template and your preference).
How do I sign out?
Click your profile icon and select:
- Sign Out — signs you out on the current device.
- Sign Out on All Devices — signs you out everywhere (useful if you signed in on a shared or public computer).
How do I manage my CVs and data?
You have full control over the CVs you create:
- Delete any Smart Application CV directly from the CV Toolbox.
- Your Main CV cannot be deleted from the interface — this is intentional, as it's the foundation for all your Smart Applications.
- To delete your Main CV or your entire account, contact support through the support form. See Getting Support for instructions.

No. Smart CV Builder currently uses email and password authentication only. This keeps your account secure and independent of third-party services.
