What is the Referral & Rewards Program and how does it work?

SkilOre's referral program lets you earn Smart Tokens by sharing your personal referral link with others. When someone signs up and makes a purchase using your link, both you and the person you referred receive Smart Tokens as a reward. Selected business partners may also be eligible for monetary rewards instead of tokens.

  1. Sign in to your SkilOre account.
  2. Open the Referral dialog from the menu to find your referral link.
  3. Share your referral link with friends, colleagues, or on social media.
  4. Earn tokens when someone signs up and makes a purchase through your link.
  5. Spend your tokens on paid features or save them for later.

How do I find my referral code?

  1. Open the menu and choose Refer a friend to open the Referral dialog.
  2. Your personal referral code and shareable link are displayed.
  3. Share it directly or via WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, or email from the dialog.

How do referral rewards work?

When someone uses your referral link:

  1. They click your link and arrive at SkilOre.
  2. They create an account and make a purchase.
  3. Both of you receive Smart Tokens as a reward:
    • You (the referrer) receive tokens added to your balance.
    • The new user (referred) also receives tokens as a welcome reward.

The referral link is tracked using a cookie that stays active for 30 days after the person clicks it.

Who is eligible for monetary rewards?

Selected business partners may qualify for monetary earnings instead of (or in addition to) token rewards. If you are a business partner:

  1. Click your profile icon.
  2. Select My Earnings to view your monetary reward balance and history.

The partner program is available by invitation. Contact support if you're interested in becoming a business partner.

How do I use my earned tokens?

Tokens earned through referrals work exactly the same as purchased tokens:

  • Spend them on paid features — interview sessions, Smart Application, and CV Translation.
  • Combine them with tokens from purchased vouchers.
  • They never expire — use them whenever you're ready.

  • Direct message — send it to friends or colleagues who are job searching.
  • Social media — share on LinkedIn, Facebook, or X with a short message about your experience.
  • Email — include your link in emails to people who might benefit.

Tip: Sharing works best when it's genuine. A brief personal note about how SkilOre helped you is more effective than a generic link.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No. You can refer as many people as you like and earn tokens for each qualifying referral.

When do I receive my referral tokens?

Tokens are credited after the referred user completes a qualifying purchase. The exact timing may vary.

Can I refer someone who already has an account?

The referral program is designed for new users. If someone already has an account, the referral link may not generate a reward.

How do I become a business partner?

Contact support through the support form to express your interest. You can also email support@skilore.com and tell us why you'd like to become a business partner, along with links to your social media channels. The partner program is available by invitation and may include monetary rewards.
